Lemnos Fruit Cheeses are sweet, soft cream cheeses mixed with chunks of dried fruits & in some variants – nuts. They’re great cubed and thrown into salads, sliced as a refreshing addition to a cheese plate or on its own as a snack.
Ingredients: Cream cheese (61%), [cream, salt, vegetable gums (410, 412, 415), starter cultures], dried apricot (11%)[apricot, rice flour, preservative (220)], dried sultanas (11%)[sultanas, vegetable oil], dried coconut [coconut, preservative (223)], dried paw paw (5%) [sugar, paw paw, acidity regulator (330), preservative (220)], peanuts (4.3%), preservative (200), almonds (0.01%).
